ABOUT CHILDHELP:
Childhelp is one of the largest and oldest national, non-profit organizations dedicated to the treatment, prevention and research of child abuse and neglect. The organization provides a broad continuum of programs that directly serve abused children and their families. Several of Childhelp's programs were firsts, and continue to be studied by professionals worldwide as "models that work." Sara O'Meara and Yvonne Fedderson continue to actively lead the organization and provide its vision, serving as Chairman/CEO and President, respectively.
WHO SHOULD JOIN:
We are looking for those interested in helping launch the New York City Chapter. If you are interested in getting involved and potentially taking on a leadership position, please contact us through this site and attend the next meeting. Also, please let us know if interested in contributing and/or volunteering for upcoming events.

“I currently work part time with a group called Road Recovery. We help kids that have drug problems or have been affected by Drug addiction. I am looking for other opportunties in working in this field with children and non profit.”
