The Pedernales Fire Department Auxiliary's mission is to support our Fire Department and Firefighters with fundraisers and by providing assistance during fires, emergencies and natural disasters. The Board plans and sponsors several fundraising activities during the year. We also publish the Siren, a newsletter about PFS and our District.
Team Challenge is a fundraising program for the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America (CCFA). Starting in August we will be recruiting runners and walkers for our Inaugural Team in the Austin area. Team Challenge members will be training to rock The Strip at Night in the Rock 'n' Roll Half Marathon on December 4, 2011 while raising funds to support the vital mission of CCFA.
